The idea that you need a living, breathing person to do all your data entry today, is simply not true anymore. So much data is duplicated between different programs and systems. This can become a house keeping nightmare for administrators. In a high turnover environment, the onboarding and offboarding process alone can require the attention of multiple people several hours a day possibly to keep it from getting out of hand.
